He, his wife, and another friend went to pick up bamboos and woods by small boat yesterday. When the boat approached to the bridge of Say Daung, the solider started shooting. They did not give any warning nor called it to stop.
The soldiers shot four times and hit the bullets on his belt. He was taken to Sittway hospital, capital city of Rakhine State
He is from Zay Daung village, about 5 miles away from the shooting location.
